Preparation Package for Canadian Review Engagement

Title: Senior IFRS Accountant / Accounting Team Needed – Canadian Clean Energy Company Preparing for Review Engagement and Financing Description: Provectus Biofuels Inc. is a Canadian renewable fuels development company preparing for an Offering Memorandum financing and a potential review engagement of its October 31, 2025 financial statements. We are seeking an experienced accountant or accounting team to assist management in preparing a complete accounting package for review by a Canadian CPA firm. This is not an audit or review engagement assignment. We are seeking technical accounting support and preparation services. Company Profile: • Canadian corporation • Fiscal year end: October 31 • Development-stage renewable energy company • IFRS historical reporting • Pre-revenue • Multiple project development activities • Financing activities underway Scope of Work: The successful candidate will assist management with: • General ledger review • Trial balance review • Account reconciliations • Preparation of supporting schedules • Working paper preparation • Financial statement preparation • IFRS disclosure support • Preparation of audit/review engagement support files • Identification of accounting issues requiring management attention • Assistance preparing a transition package for a Canadian CPA firm Deliverables: • Organized working paper package • Supporting schedules for major balance sheet accounts • Draft financial statements • Review engagement readiness package • List of outstanding questions and recommendations Required Experience: • IFRS financial statement preparation • Review engagement support • Audit support • CPA firm experience preferred • Big Four or second-tier accounting firm experience considered an asset • Experience with Canadian entities preferred • Strong English communication skills To Apply: Please provide: 1.
