Summary

PRINT & BRAND DESIGNER FOR ITALIAN AGRITOURISM HOTEL — FULL STATIONERY + GUEST COLLATERAL PACKAGE (LONG-TERM POTENTIAL) ABOUT US We are Oasi Kadir, a 200-hectare agritourism estate inside the Marcigliana Nature Reserve near Rome, Italy. We combine a working farm (cheese, olive oil, livestock), a farm-to-table restaurant, a 13-room boutique hotel across two buildings, and an educational farm for children. The hotel opens soon, and we need a complete package of printed materials that reflects who we are: authentic, natural, warm, and well-crafted — not a generic hotel template. Website: oasikadir.it (currently being rebuilt — we can share the new design direction). WHAT WE NEED A designer to create our print collateral, applying our existing brand identity. We have a complete brand manual (logo system with positive/negative and monochrome variants, minimum-size rules, Pantone/CMYK/RGB color specifications, typography: Bebas Neue, Montserrat, Maglony) and vector logo files. You are NOT redesigning the brand — you are extending it into a coherent print system. The work is structured in three milestones: MILESTONE 1 — PRINT APPLICATION SYSTEM (our estimate: ~1 week — propose your own) • Define the layout/application system for print: grids, use of color (the palette is bold/dark — we want guidance on lighter, hospitality-appropriate applications within the manual's rules), graphic devices, paper/finish recommendations • Letterhead (A4), business card, compliments slip, envelope (DL + C4) • Short addendum to our brand manual documenting these application rules MILESTONE 2 — FLAGSHIP GUEST PIECES (our estimate: ~2–3 weeks) • Guest room directory/compendium (bilingual IT/EN, ~12–20 pages, template we can update) • Illustrated property map (A3 or fold-out — buildings, restaurant, trails, animal areas, parking) • Welcome folder (pocket folder, die-cut) • Welcome card, WiFi card, "Do Not Disturb" door hanger (double-sided, die-cut), towel reuse card, TV info card, desk tent card • Restaurant menu system: à la carte, wine, breakfast, dessert — designed as reusable templates for seasonal updates, plus allergen information sheet (EU 1169/2011 layout) MILESTONE 3 — ROLLOUT ITEMS (our estimate: ~2 weeks) • Main brochure (tri-fold or 8pp) + rack card • Gift voucher (stay / dinner / experience variants) • Postcards (2–3 designs) • Farm product label template (olive oil, cheese — must accommodate legal labeling fields: ingredients, lot, best-before, producer, allergens) • Kids' menu / activity placemat • Event poster template (A3) + flyer template (A5) • Roll-up banner (85×200 cm) Full item list with formats and quantities is attached as a detailed brief, together with our brand manual. REQUIREMENTS • Proven print design experience — portfolio must show real printed work: menus, brochures, packaging, or hotel/restaurant collateral. Please link 2–3 relevant projects in your proposal. • Experience preparing print-ready files: CMYK, bleed and crop marks, die-cut templates, correct PDF/X export. You will liaise on specs with our Italian print shop. • Hospitality, food, or agri/nature branding experience strongly preferred. • Bilingual layout experience (we provide all copy in Italian and English). • Adobe InDesign + Illustrator (source files required). • Good written English; Italian is a plus but not required. DELIVERABLES & RIGHTS • Print-ready PDFs for every item • Packaged source files (InDesign/Illustrator with linked assets and fonts or font list) • Full commercial usage rights transferred to us • Templates must be editable by us for future seasonal updates (menus, prices, events) HOW WE WORK • Fixed-price contract split into the 3 milestones above • We are responsive, decisive, and provide consolidated feedback (max 2 revision rounds per item) • We supply: complete brand manual (PDF), vector logo files, brand fonts, website design direction, photography of the property and products, and all text content in IT + EN • Strong potential for ongoing work: seasonal menus, event materials, signage, packaging as the estate grows TO APPLY, PLEASE ANSWER 1. Link 2–3 portfolio projects showing printed hospitality/food/brand collateral (not only digital work). 2. Have you prepared die-cut files (door hangers, pocket folders) before? Give an example. 3. What is your fixed price for each of the three milestones, and your realistic timeline? 4. We have an existing brand manual with a bold, dark palette. How would you approach applying it to warm, guest-facing hotel collateral without breaking the brand rules? (Short answer — we're looking at your thinking, not a full concept.) Applications that don't answer these questions or that show only social-media/digital portfolios will not be considered.
