I’m a luxury real estate agent in the Greater Toronto Area seeking a proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to manage and convert leads. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently to ensure smooth operations. Excellent spoken English is essential, as you’ll be representing my brand and speaking directly with buyers, sellers, and tenants. Professionalism, warmth, and confidence on the phone are extremely important.
