Product Designer / UX Consultant — UX Audit of Content-Production SaaS

We're a social media / video content agency that built our own internal content production platform — a web app our team and clients use to run content production end to end: idea → script → shoot → edit → approval → publish → analytics. The app works, but the workflow "feels off" in places and we want an experienced product/UX person to give us a fresh set of eyes. The engagement: One-off UX audit, with option to extend into ongoing product design work if it's a good fit. What you'll do: - Walk through the app's core flows (content pipeline, card detail, client approval, calendar) and identify friction, dead ends, and confusing moments - Deliver a prioritized findings report: what's off, why, and concrete fixes (annotated screenshots / quick wireframes are enough — no polished mockups needed) - 1-2 calls with the founders to walk through findings and pressure-test our roadmap ideas Must have: - 3+ years product design / UX for web SaaS apps (portfolio required) - Experience auditing or redesigning workflow-heavy tools (project management, production pipelines, approval flows) - Can articulate the "why" behind recommendations, not just make things pretty Nice to have: - Built tools for content/creative teams or agencies (you understand producers, editors, and client-approval dynamics) - Familiarity with social media content production To apply: share 1-2 examples of workflow/dashboard UX you've designed or audited, and a short note on how you'd approach an audit like this.
