Product Designer & Manufacturer Needed for Small Batch Sauna Sensor Guard (10-50 Units)

We are SenseStack, an Irish startup building smart monitoring systems for commercial saunas, cold plunges and wellness spaces. We have developed a working 3D printed prototype of a sauna temperature sensor guard and are now looking for an experienced product designer or product development studio who can redesign it for production and manufacture our first batches. This is not just a CAD modelling project. We are looking for a long-term partner who can take this product from prototype to production and manufacture an initial batch of 10 units, with follow-on orders of 50+ units as we scale. ⸻ About the Product The guard is installed inside commercial saunas and protects our temperature probe from accidental contact while allowing unrestricted airflow for accurate temperature measurement. The environment reaches temperatures of 100-120°C continuously.
