Product Developer Blueprint

We're hiring a Product Developer at JoySpring! We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can execute end-to-end product development with excellence, moving products from validated concepts through launch with speed and quality. Some of the biggest priorities for this role include: - Creating high-quality documentation, including Product Briefs and comprehensive Product Bibles - Proactively communicating with R&D and suppliers to coordinate sampling and keep timelines on track - Maintaining a proactive product roadmap that is always planned 6 months in advance - Managing the collection, compliance review, and cross-functional coordination of all packaging artwork and dielines - Ensuring products meet platform-specific compliance for channels like TikTok and Amazon, and handling claim substantiation - Coordinating reformulation cycles efficiently with suppliers and operations This role will partner cross-functionally across R&D, compliance, operations, and creative teams to ensure that new products successfully launch and meet all requirements for sales channels like Amazon and TikTok. The ideal background includes: - Experience reading Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and understanding safety-critical dosage calculations - Excellence in reading and creating Finished Product Specs and related documentation - A strong track record of supplier coordination and acting as an operational backbone - Exceptional attention to detail, high ownership, and strong judgment on when to solve an issue vs. escalate it It's a plus if tools like ClickUp are already part of your project management world.
