AI Product Launch Growth Marketing Support
Worldwide
AI startup targeting founders and small business. We have a high level launch plan already built (channels, messaging, timeline, owners). We need someone who can pick up detailing and execution across content, community, and email so the founding team can focus on product and platform readiness. Specifically: Content & copywriting Adapt core messaging into channel-specific posts for Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Write launch-day and follow-up posts (problem/hook angle, use-case angle, behind-the-scenes angle) Write email sequence copy: warm-list outreach and new-user onboarding drip (day 0/2/5/7) Support scripting for a short explainer/demo video (non-technical audience) Social & community management Identify and vet 2–3 relevant subreddits and Facebook groups for our ICP (non-technical founders, operators, prosumers) Build pre-launch presence (organic comments/engagement) ahead of the launch post Monitor and reply across threads/comments during and after launch (T-0 through T+3) Help set up and moderate a Discord community tied to support Campaign operations Schedule and queue posts across Reddit, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite ahead of launch Apply UTM tagging across email, Reddit, and Facebook links for attribution Configure email sequences in HubSpot (or similar ESP) and test end-to-end Track engagement and morph/sign-up rates post-launch, and log feedback to the backlog Must-have skills Proven experience running organic social/community launches (Reddit and Facebook group experience specifically) Strong copywriting — able to match tone across channels (casual/Reddit vs. polished/LinkedIn) Comfortable with email marketing tools (HubSpot or equivalent): building sequences, testing, UTM tagging Familiarity with early-stage / PLG (product-led growth) consumer launches, ideally in tech or AI products Self-directed — comfortable working from a plan and owning execution with light oversight Nice-to-have Experience with short-form video editing (30–90s demo/social clips) Familiarity with AI/no-code or dev-tool audiences Discord community setup/moderation experience Basic analytics literacy (reading UTM/attribution data, morph/conversion rates) What success looks like By the end of the engagement: launch content is live and scheduled across Reddit, Facebook, and email; pre-launch community presence is established; UTM tracking is in place; and you're actively monitoring/engaging through the first 72 hours post-launch, feeding learnings back into the team. To apply Please share: examples of past launch content or campaigns you've run (links preferred), your experience with Reddit/Facebook community building specifically, and your availability over the next 4–6 weeks.
