## Product Sourcing Specialist Needed for Technical Machines & Industrial Equipment We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Product Sourcing Specialist** to help us find technical machines and industrial equipment from suppliers on **Alibaba, AliExpress, Made-in-China, Global Sources, and similar platforms**. We need someone who can research suppliers, compare products, communicate with manufacturers, gather accurate information, and help us make smart purchasing decisions. ### Products to Source You will help us find machines such as: * Labelling machines * Pallet wrappers * Packaging machines * Filling machines * Sealing machines * Conveyor systems * Other technical/industrial machines ### Responsibilities * Search Alibaba, AliExpress, Made-in-China, Global Sources, and similar platforms for suitable machines and suppliers * Contact suppliers/manufacturers to request product details and quotations * Collect specifications, pricing, MOQ, warranty details, shipping options, and lead times * Compare suppliers and prepare clear summaries * Check supplier reliability, reviews, certifications, and company background * Request videos, manuals, technical sheets, and quotations when needed * Ask relevant technical and commercial questions before purchase * Set up calls or meetings with suppliers when required * Organize all findings in a spreadsheet or report * Follow up with suppliers professionally ### Required Skills * Experience sourcing products from Alibaba, AliExpress, Made-in-China, or similar platforms * Experience with technical machines, packaging equipment, or industrial products is preferred * Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills * Good written English * Ability to compare suppliers and identify reliable manufacturers * Good research, reporting, and spreadsheet skills * Attention to detail and ability to work independently ### Deliverables For each sourcing request, we expect: * A shortlist of suitable machines and suppliers * Product links and supplier contact details * Pricing, MOQ, lead time, and shipping information * Technical specifications * Warranty and after-sales support details * Supplier comparison * Recommendation on the best options * Supplier meetings scheduled when required ### To Apply Please include: 1.
