Product designer for a one-off smart-speaker enclosure (CAD for industrial 3D print)

I built a working custom voice assistant (electronics done - mic-array board, speaker driver, LED ring) and need a product designer to give it a body worthy of a commercial device. This is a one-off personal project with a hard deadline: final files by ~end of August 2026. WHAT YOU'D DESIGN A two-block tabletop object, ~11 x 21 cm: an ovoid speaker body (sealed ~1 L chamber, front-firing 8 cm driver behind acoustic fabric) with a slanted sensor "head" on top (holds a round 100 mm mic-array PCB) and a glowing frosted ring at the junction. Think "R2D2 stance meets Amazon Echo finish" - no face, no anthropomorphic features. Fabrication is MJF nylon via an online print service plus a fabric sleeve and a frosted acrylic ring; you design for that process. You get an unusually complete input package: manufacturer STEP files of the main PCB, the driver's dimensioned datasheet, a written constraint sheet (volumes, tolerances, vibration decoupling, antenna keep-outs), and links to open-source prior art for every mechanism. I know exactly what must be true; I'm hiring you for form and design-for-print execution. SCOPE / MILESTONES (fixed price $400 total) 1. Two or three concept directions (sketches or quick renders) - $100 2. Full CAD; reviewable STEP at mid-stage - $175 3. Print-ready STL+STEP, assembly drawing, fastener/BOM list, native CAD source; includes one revision after my cheap FDM test-fit print - $125 TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE - Photos of enclosures you designed that were actually fabricated (printed/molded - not only renders) - One sentence on how you'd keep the sealed speaker chamber airtight in MJF All deliverables and design IP transfer to the client on payment (standard work-for-hire per Upwork ToS; contracting entity is the client's company).
