Product reverse-engineer DFM CNC/Progressive die stamping - FULL SCOPE

Hi! I have a product that I want to change slightly and reverse-engineer to manufacturability. Decent manufacturing cost, aesthetics, and having it feel solid and nice in the hand is what is important to me. I have a company that sells a CNC’d product, but I suspect this product will require progressive die stamping for the greatest cost + quality. What I am looking for is someone to lead the project from start to close - and by that I mean from my napkin drawings and notes, to a design file, to 3D-printed prototypes, to fully-manufactured prototypes, to our first PO to the factory. That includes everything (with some caveats) - but mainly doing the actual designing, sourcing the highest quality + best price manufacturer possible (China, probably), using your knowledge to negotiate the prices, finding solutions to aesthetic problems like logo embossing/debossing, laser engravings, etc. You do the design, and you are also responsible for factory communications, prototypes (except 3D’s, I have a local guy). I am looking for someone who is comfortable helping me bring this product to life - all the way to life - without constant hand-holding. I understand this might be different compared to most projects - but I hope we can find synergy and a good work-flow in it. I will send over detailed information, parameters, requests, desires - everything you need to succeed and do as few iterations as possible if you are interested in hearing more about it. I do not have a set budget, because I do not know how complex the project is or how long it would realistically take - that's what I would like to hear from you, after we discuss further.
