Production Manager/Supervisor

We're looking for an organized and driven Production Manager / Supervisor to lead our production team. You'll oversee the end-to-end workflow of content creation, from planning and scheduling to quality review and final delivery as well as communicating with our international partners. This is ideal for someone with strong leadership instincts and hands-on production experience. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the production team across active projects Manage content production timelines, schedules, and deliverables Oversee quality control of all content before release Collaborate with creators, editors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment Identify and resolve production bottlenecks quickly and efficiently Track project progress and report status to leadership Provide feedback and direction to team members to elevate output quality Requirements: Proven experience in production management, media, or content operations Strong team leadership and communication skills Familiarity with content creation workflows (video, audio, written, or digital) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines within a 15-hour weekly schedule Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using project management or collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp, Slack, Trello) Nice to have: Experience in video production, podcasting, or social media content Background in creative direction or post-production Comfortable giving constructive feedback to on-screen or behind-the-scenes talent Looking forward to your proposal!
