Part-Time Researcher ## The Role We're hiring a part-time Researcher to support our work on Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)—the programs that help older adults and people with disabilities get care at home instead of in institutions. You'll research HCBS policy, programs, and data. ## What You'll Do - Research HCBS policy and rules across states (waivers, the Settings Rule, managed care). - Pull and analyze data on enrollment, spending, waiting lists, and access. ## What We're Looking For - Strong research and writing skills—able to make complex topics clear. - Comfort working with data in Excel. - Self-directed and detail-oriented.
