Project Accountant | Construction Accounting | Remote Highrise Waterproofing & Restoration | Lakewood, NJ The Role This is a serious accounting seat for a growing NJ waterproofing contractor. You'll own full-cycle bookkeeping and support project estimating. Construction experience is non-negotiable. What You'll Own You'll handle full-cycle QBO bookkeeping, month-end close, payroll via FingerCheck, AR/AP, reconciliations, 1099s, job cost estimates in Google Sheets, and bid prep via PandaDoc. You're the Right Person If You have 3+ years in construction accounting with hands-on job costing experience. QBO is second nature to you. You close clean and on time every month and you use modern tools to stay ahead of problems before they escalate. Structure This is a remote role at approximately 25 hours per week with room to grow. We pay retainer based results, not hours. We are looking for a long term relationship with the right person.
