AI Project: Claude Co-work/ Teams/ Workspaces/ Claude Code Assistant

We are a fast-growing marketing company looking for a reliable, high-energy AI builder to help us create and improve AI agents, workflows, Claude Projects, Skills, integrations, and SOPs. This is a part-time role to start: 5-10 hours per week. What we need Someone easy to work with that knows Claude. Do not apply if you dont know Claude specifially. Workspaces, Teams, Co-work etc. Experience using it with small businesses etc. We need someone who has already worked with Claude and understands building ai systems for business use. You should understand: Claude Claude Projects / Workspaces Claude Skills or reusable prompts Claude Cowork AI agents ChatGPT / Custom GPTs Integrations with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, etc. Basic automation concepts SOPs and documentation You do not need to be a senior developer. But you do need to have done this kind of work before. The personality fit matters We are looking for someone who is: Smart Sharp Hungry High energy Reliable Easy to work with Fast at learning Strong memory Great communicator Comfortable moving quickly Able to explain things simply Results-driven and execution-focused Able to pick up new systems fast We are part of an AI training program where people with no coding background are building agents within weeks. So if you already have Claude experience, you should be able to move through our training materials quickly and start applying them fast. What you’ll do You will help us: Build Claude Projects / Workspaces Create reusable Skills and prompts Build simple AI agents for business workflows Connect AI workflows to existing tools Document everything clearly Create simple SOPs our team can follow Test workflows with real business tasks Improve and maintain what we build We will give you access to our internal training and methodology so you can learn how we want things built. But you must already understand the basics and be able to move fast. Do NOT apply if: You do not understand Claude You have poor communicatin skills You do not understand Projects / Workspaces You have never built AI agents or reusable workflows You do not understand integrations You are unreliable You disappear You cannot communicate clearly You are difficult to work with You cannot learn quickly You cannot commit to 10 hours per week You only want to talk strategy but not build First project Your first assignment will be to help build or improve one Claude-based AI workflow, test it with real business work, and create a simple SOP so our team can use it.
