🌟 Project Coordinator / Producer — Interactive Animation Platform (Remote, Part-Time)

We're a fast-moving interactive animation platform — we build technology that brings animated characters to life. We work with enterprise clients in the US and we build our own products in-house. We're looking for a sharp, creative-minded project coordinator/producer to keep our animators and designers on track, coordinate with both our enterprise clients and our internal product team, and help guide the creative work itself. This is NOT a generic virtual assistant role. We want someone who understands product and design — someone who can look at a frame and know whether it's actually good, and help push it there. What you'll do - Manage and coordinate our animators and designers day to day: tasks, timelines, priorities, deliverables - Be the main point of contact for both our enterprise clients and our internal product team — clear, calm, responsive communication - Coordinate work across both sides: enterprise client projects and our own in-house products - Help direct and guide the creative work: give animators useful feedback and keep the quality and taste bar high - Find, onboard, and manage freelancers and contractors as we scale - Use AI tools to move faster: organizing work, drafting, and generating/editing visual references - Keep everything organized and moving so the founder and the creatives can focus on the work Who you are - You come from EITHER a product-building background OR a design/animation background - You have art direction or directing experience — you can guide animators because you have genuine good taste - You're comfortable working with AI like Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow - Strongly preferred: hands-on experience generating and editing images with Midjourney and/or Google's Nano Banana (Gemini) - Excellent spoken and written English - At least 2 years coordinating creative or product work - Comfortable working with enterprise clients — professional, organized, dependable - Proactive, reliable, and always reachable - Reliable internet connection and a quiet work setup The details - Contract type: Hourly, ongoing, with room to grow - Hours: part-time to start, roughly 10 to 20 hours per week, scaling up as we take on more work - Schedule: flexible, but mainly late-evening hours to overlap with our US team and clients (it is NOT a full graveyard shift) — you should be comfortable working into the late evening - Experience level: intermediate How to apply (here on Upwork) Please apply through Upwork only — keep all communication on the platform.
