The Role We are seeking a driven and highly capable End-to-End Project Manager to join our team and provide operational resilience, ensuring continuity and momentum across our key business functions. This is a pivotal role that will oversee the full lifecycle of new product launches — from inception through to post-launch customer relationship management — with a particular focus on our new dental bone regeneration product range and other dental equipment lines. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, Customer Audit Manager, and Luis Manager, the Project Manager will act as the central co-ordinating force across all three functions, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and delivery against milestones. Key Responsibilities Product Launch Management Lead the end-to-end project management of the launch of our new dental bone regeneration product range and additional dental product lines Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers Co-ordinate cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service Manage go/no-go decisions, risk registers, and contingency planning throughout each product launch phase Cross-Functional Collaboration Work directly alongside the Business Development Manager to align product launches with sales strategy and market opportunities Partner with the Customer Audit Manager to ensure quality standards and customer feedback loops are embedded in every project Liaise with the Luis Manager to co-ordinate team resources, capacity planning, and day-today operational delivery Act as the primary point of escalation for inter-departmental blockers and provide timely solutions Logistics & Supply Chain Oversight Oversee the end-to-end logistics associated with product launches, including supplier coordination, stock management, import/export requirements, and delivery timelines Identify and resolve logistics challenges, including lead time delays, compliance issues, and distribution bottlenecks Work with suppliers and freight partners to maintain supply continuity, particularly for regulated medical/dental products such as implants, bone regeneration materials, and spare parts Customer Relations & Post-Launch Ensure a seamless transition from product launch to ongoing customer relationship management Support the development and execution of referral programmes, dentist engagement initiatives, and customer retention strategies Monitor post-launch performance metrics and customer feedback, feeding insights back into future product planning Accountability & Reporting Produce regular project status reports for senior leadership, including KPI tracking, risk updates, and financial performance against targets Maintain and update project documentation, process maps, and SOPs Support the implementation of the company-wide KPI and accountability framework across relevant teams Skills & Experience Required Essential Proven experience in end-to-end project management, ideally within a product-led or supply chain environment Strong understanding of logistics, supplier management, and regulated product distribution Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve problems independently, and deliver under pressure Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and documentation discipline Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Desirable Experience in the dental, medical device, or healthcare supply sector Familiarity with CE/UKCA marking requirements or medical product compliance Experience managing product launches from concept through to post-launch customer engagement Knowledge of commission-based sales team structures and sales enablement processes Exposure to CRM systems and customer audit frameworks What We Offer A key leadership role at the heart of a growing, specialist dental supply business Direct collaboration with senior management and a high-impact team The opportunity to shape and professionalise project delivery processes A dynamic, entrepreneurial working environment with genuine scope for progression Competitive salary commensurate with experience How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your relevant experience
