Project Representative / Regional Representative (Iranian National )

Job Description We are seeking a highly professional Project Representative / Regional Representative to act as the primary liaison between our organization, shareholders, and business partners. This role involves supporting strategic business initiatives, coordinating projects, and representing the company across the Iranian market while residing in the Schengen Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with excellent business communication, stakeholder management, and operational coordination skills. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between shareholders, business partners, and internal teams. Represent the organization during business meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions. Coordinate regional business operations and project activities within the Iranian market. Provide regular project updates, business reports, and performance insights to senior stakeholders. Support decision-making by preparing business analysis, reports, and recommendations. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regional stakeholders. Travel within the Schengen Area as required for meetings and project coordination. Ensure projects are executed according to business objectives and organizational standards. Required Qualifications Iranian National currently residing in one of the following countries: France Italy Austria Hungary Slovakia Greece Portugal Poland Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience in Project Coordination, Business Development, Operations, Consulting, or Stakeholder Management. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams. Willingness to travel within the Schengen Area when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience representing organizations in international business environments. Previous experience working with engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects. Own consulting firm or business team is considered a strong advantage. Experience working with multinational organizations and cross-border stakeholders.
