Prompt Editor for AI-Generated Planning Documents

Job Title: Prompt Editor for AI-Generated Planning Documents I’m looking for a prompt editor to help refine an existing library of prompts that generate structured planning documents. You will have access to the current prompt library. I will use the AI-generated planning documents in my actual workflow, then leave notes on what worked, what felt clunky, and what needs to change. Your job is to review my feedback and modify the prompts so future outputs are shorter, clearer, better structured, and easier to use. This is not a strategy role. You do not need subject-matter expertise. I need someone who is good at prompt writing, editing, structure, formatting, and improving AI outputs through iteration. How the workflow will work: You review the current prompt library. I use the AI-generated planning document. I leave notes on what worked and what did not. You update the relevant prompt. You briefly note what you changed. We repeat as needed. Common feedback may include: Too long Too wordy Too many options Hard to use quickly Needs clearer headings Needs tighter structure Needs to be more checklist-based Script/talking-point sections are too long The AI is adding too much background explanation The output needs to separate “what to say,” “what to do,” and “what happens next” Responsibilities: Review and understand the current prompt library Modify prompts based on my feedback notes Improve output structure, length, and usability Keep prompts organized and versioned Track what changed and why Help identify recurring output problems Suggest small improvements to prompt format when useful Good fit if you: Have experience improving ChatGPT or AI prompts Can simplify messy or overly long AI outputs Are strong with structure and formatting Can work from rough feedback notes Do not overcomplicate things Are comfortable with ongoing, iterative work Can work asynchronously Are available for small recurring work This will likely start as occasional weekly work, around 1 to 3 hours per week, with the possibility of more as we refine additional prompts. Trial task: For the trial, I will give you access to one current prompt, one AI-generated output, and my notes on what worked and what did not. You will revise the prompt and briefly explain what you changed.
