# Lead Generation & Business Development Virtual Assistant (Facebook & Property) ## About Us Equity Scout UK is a growing UK property sourcing company that connects motivated sellers, estate agents, landlords, investors and property professionals. We specialise in sourcing high-quality property opportunities and matching them with the right buyers and investors across the UK. We're looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us grow our network, generate high-quality leads and build long-term business relationships through Facebook and other online platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing business and play an important role in its development. --- # Contract Details * **Remote position** * **Initial contract:** 3 months * **Hours:** Approximately 4–5 hours per week * Flexible working hours * Opportunity to extend the contract and increase hours based on performance and business growth --- # Your Responsibilities ### Facebook Group Research & Networking * Research and join relevant UK property investment Facebook groups. * Identify active communities focused on: * Property Investment * Rent-to-Rent (R2R) * Serviced Accommodation (R2SA) * Property Investors * Property Sourcers * Buy-to-Let * BRR * HMOs * Corporate Lets * Monitor discussions to identify high-demand investment areas and trends. * Maintain an organised database of relevant groups. --- ### Investor Lead Generation Research Facebook groups to identify people actively seeking property opportunities. Start personalised, professional conversations using scripts and templates that we provide. Identify and qualify: * Property Investors * Cash Buyers * Portfolio Landlords * Developers * Serviced Accommodation Operators * Rent-to-Rent Operators Record all information accurately within our CRM. --- ### Build Relationships with Property Sourcers Research Facebook groups for people advertising property deals. Introduce Equity Scout UK and build long-term relationships with trusted property sourcers for future collaboration. Maintain an organised contact database. --- ### Estate & Letting Agent Research Research estate agents and letting agents throughout the UK. Identify key contacts such as: * Branch Managers * Lettings Managers * Directors Create and maintain a professional contact database and, where appropriate, make introductory calls using our scripts. --- ### Landlord Research Research landlords advertising properties on platforms such as: * Facebook Marketplace * Gumtree * OpenRent * Other online property websites Identify landlords who may be open to company lets and record suitable opportunities. --- ### CRM Management Maintain accurate records of: * Investors * Estate Agents * Landlords * Property Sourcers * Developers * Solicitors * Builders Every conversation should be logged with notes, contact details and follow-up dates. --- ### Follow-Up & Relationship Management Follow up previous conversations professionally. Build genuine long-term relationships rather than simply sending messages. Arrange appointments where appropriate. --- ### Social Media Support Assist with: * Facebook content * Canva graphics * Scheduling posts * Growing the Equity Scout UK online presence Training and templates will be provided. --- # Skills Required ### Essential * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong communication skills * Facebook experience * Lead Generation * Social Media Marketing * Market Research * CRM experience * Highly organised * Strong attention to detail * Able to work independently and use initiative ### Desirable * Property or Real Estate experience * Facebook Group Marketing * Canva * LinkedIn * WhatsApp Business * Appointment Setting * Business Development * AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude --- # What Success Looks Like You will help us: * Grow our network of investors and property professionals * Build relationships with estate agents, landlords and property sourcers * Generate qualified business leads * Maintain an organised CRM * Support our social media growth * Help identify genuine property opportunities This role is focused on building relationships and creating opportunities—not aggressive selling or spam messaging. --- # How We Work We value: * Honesty * Professionalism * Reliability * Excellent communication * Attention to detail * Continuous improvement * Respectful relationship building We believe in building genuine relationships and delivering value to the people we work with.
