Prospect Researcher Needed: LinkedIn Profiles and Contact Information

If you contact me or anyone at my company directly, you will be removed from consideration. I am looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help with ongoing lead research. We will provide a list of companies, including company links so there is no confusion about which company to research. For each company, we need help finding U.S.-based people in senior HR, Learning & Development, Talent Development, and related roles. This project has two steps: Step 1: Build a list of possible contacts For each company, you will find people who match our target titles. The first deliverable will include: • Company name • Contact name • Job title • LinkedIn profile URL We strongly prefer contacts who have LinkedIn profiles. You should be comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to find the right people. Step 2: Find contact information After we review the first list, we will choose which contacts are correct. For those approved contacts, you will then find contact information, including: • Work email address • Phone number • Mobile phone number, if available • City/state, if available • Source or tool used, if possible You should have access to reliable prospecting or contact data tools, such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, RocketReach, Seamless.ai, or similar tools. We expect this to be ongoing work, but the exact volume may change over time. Our current plan is to provide about 20-50 companies every two weeks. Before starting ongoing work, we will ask selected applicants to complete a short paid test round. The test will include 5-10 companies and should take about one hour. This will help us check accuracy, attention to detail, and communication. The deliverable should be provided in Google Sheets or Excel. To apply, please answer these questions: 1.
