Instagram Prospector / Setter (Creator Partnerships) Remote | Performance-Based | Long-Term Opportunity We're looking for motivated, reliable people to join our creator acquisition team. Your job is to find OnlyFans and Fanfix creators, start conversations through Instagram DMs, and book qualified sales calls. You'll be messaging from the Instagram accounts of our established creators, some with 290,000+ Instagram followers and 4M+ TikTok followers, making it much easier to start conversations than using a new account. This is not cold calling or spam. Every message is personalized using our training, scripts, and proven outreach system. Responsibilities Prospecting Find qualified OnlyFans and Fanfix creators Submit leads for approval Add approved leads to our CRM Setting Send personalized Instagram DMs Build genuine conversations Follow up consistently Book qualified sales calls Update CRM notes Full training, scripts, SOPs, and daily support are provided. Schedule Work between 10:00 AM–10:00 PM EST 4–6 hour minimum per day 5–6 days per week Choose one long shift or split your hours into multiple sessions. Daily Goals Find 50–100 qualified creators Personalize every conversation Book 8–10 qualified meetings per day Keep CRM updated Compensation $0.20 for every approved lead $20 for every qualified meeting booked +$25 for every creator who signs Top performers typically earn $150–250+ per day.
