Provisional patent filing and drafting

I am seeking an experienced U.S. patent attorney or patent agent to assist with protecting a new wearable technology invention. The project includes preparing and filing a provisional patent application, followed by a U.S. utility patent application. A confidentiality agreement (NDA) will be required before detailed information is shared. I'm looking for someone who can: - Evaluate the invention and recommend the best patent filing strategy. - Draft high-quality patent applications. - Prepare strong claims and specifications. - File the necessary applications with the USPTO. - Provide ongoing intellectual property guidance as the invention evolves. Experience with hardware, software, consumer electronics, wearable technology, IoT devices, or similar technologies is preferred. Please include: - Your experience drafting and prosecuting U.S. patents. - Examples of comparable work (without disclosing confidential information). - Your estimated timeline. - Your pricing for both a provisional and utility patent application.
