UK Public Sector Bid Consultant Required – Temporary & Emergency Accommodation Tenders I run a UK property management company and am looking to expand into providing temporary and emergency accommodation to local authorities through public sector contracts. I am completely new to public sector procurement and am looking for an experienced UK bid consultant with a proven track record of reviewing and preparing local authority tenders. Using a platform called Bid Suite (login details and instructions will be provided), I have already identified 9 live tender opportunities that appear to be suitable for our business. Scope of Work Your initial task will be to: Log into Bid Suite and review the 9 shortlisted tenders. Rank them from 1–9, with #1 being the opportunity you believe offers the best chance of success for a new company, considering factors such as: Barriers to entry Mandatory requirements Competition Eligibility criteria Overall suitability for a small but growing business Explain why you have ranked each opportunity in that order. For the top two opportunities, I would then like you to provide: A bullet-point checklist of everything we would need in place to submit a competitive bid. Details of any mandatory requirements, policies, accreditations, certifications or experience that would be expected. Information on the commercial aspects of the contract, including (where available): Payment per property, unit or placement. Payment terms and invoicing arrangements. Contract length, mobilisation requirements and any other commercially important information. About Us We are a newly established property management company specialising in sourcing and managing properties for supported living providers. Although we are still a young business with a relatively small turnover, we have built strong foundations, secured several properties, and expect to grow significantly over the next 12 months. Who I'm Looking For Please only apply if you have genuine experience with UK public sector procurement, particularly local authority tenders. Experience in temporary accommodation, homelessness services, supported living, housing associations or social care procurement would be a significant advantage but not essential.
