Job Title: Oracle ERP Security Administrator Location: Pune (Hybrid) Experience: Minimum 5 years Budget: Up to INR 1.5 Lakh per month + GST Engagement Type: Contract / Full-time (can adjust as needed) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Security Administrator to design, implement, and manage security across our Oracle ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in role-based access control, segregation of duties, user provisioning, and audit compliance. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain security roles, responsibilities, and data access sets in Oracle ERP Manage the full user lifecycle: provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews Implement and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and resolve conflicts Support internal and external audits (SOX/ITGC) with access reports and evidence Manage security for integrations, APIs, and third-party connections to the ERP Define and enforce password policies, MFA, and single sign-on configurations Investigate security incidents, unauthorized access attempts, and policy violations Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into secure role designs Maintain security documentation, role matrices, and standard operating procedures Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP security administration Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture Deep understanding of RBAC, data security policies, and SoD frameworks Experience supporting SOX/ITGC audit and compliance requirements Familiarity with identity management tools and SSO/MFA setups Working knowledge of SQL for access reporting and analysis Strong documentation and communication skills Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Pune Nice to Have Oracle security certifications or Fusion Cloud Security certification Experience with GRC tools (Oracle Risk Management Cloud, SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.) Exposure to OCI security and cloud identity domains
