Python Developer - AI-Powered Multi-Agent Bot

We are looking for a Python developer to help us complete a multi-agent AI chatbot running on Telegram. The project is already in its final development phase. We need someone who can quickly understand the current codebase, troubleshoot issues, improve chatbot workflows, and help us get the bot ready for public release. This is a great opportunity for a motivated junior or mid-level developer who wants to work on a real AI product and potentially grow into a long-term position with our team. Requirements: - Strong Python skills - Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks - Basic understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and agentic systems - Comfortable working with multi-agent chatbot logic and AI-driven workflows - Able to understand existing code and contribute to an active project - Docker and Linux experience is a strong advantage - Telegram Bot API experience is a strong advantage - Good written English communication skills - Able to debug, test, and deliver improvements efficiently - Must be available to commit 8 hours per day Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Telegram Bot API, LLM APIs, agentic workflows, Docker, Linux, PostgreSQL/Supabase. TypeScript, Next.js, and React experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: - Help complete the final stage of development for the Telegram AI chatbot - Debug and improve existing chatbot workflows - Work on LLM routing, agent behavior, and conversation management - Help prepare the product for public launch - Remain involved for maintenance, enhancements, and future AI projects if the collaboration goes well Compensation: - Starting rate is $12-$20/hr depending on experience and skill level. - We welcome both junior and mid-level developers.
