Summary
Need to develop a Python utility that imports data from a CSV file into a SQLite database. The script should automatically create a SQLite table based on CSV headers and insert all records into the database. The user must be able to specify the CSV delimiter (e.g. `,`, `;`, `|`, or tab) through a parameter or configuration variable. Basic validation and error handling are required for missing files and invalid CSV data. Deliverables: source code, requirements.txt (if needed), and a short README with usage instructions and examples.
