Quadcopter Drone Frame Design and Ansys Simulation for rigidity and vibration

Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to CAD design a large quadcopter drone frame and conduct simulation testing using ANSYS. The candidate: MUST have an experience of specifically drone frame design and testing (including live testing results). Evidence will be requested to show how much of that experience is pertinent. Please send all pertinent information in your offer. The Drone: Should be a quadcopter design, between 36-43 inch propellers, motors similar to 11xx or 12x of Tmotor or Hobbywing, 12-14S battery. Emphasis is the frame must be ultralight, while meeting the minimum safety and rigidity factor. Please briefly submit description of what your concept is (1-3 variants), specifically type of designs like Truss X-frame vs space frame, classical sandwich frame, etc. The more specifics you offer - the higher likelyhood of long term cooperation (that tells me you are serious about it AND understand the task. Frame must be under 2kg (including motor mounts with aluminum clamps and carbon plate). Preferrably under 1.5 kg. The materials: We are working with carbon fiber plates, 40-50 mm carbon tubes, aluminum clamps, and 3D printer. Have CNC for carbon. Some other easily sourcable materials can be entertained (like steel chords for kingpost design, etc.). The pricing: No scammers please, I had a few people apply for other jobs, advertizing 15$ an hour, and the charging 100$ for the first 30 minute "consultation". If you have an ongoing rate on Upwork that is showing - no up-charging. The design then must pass the testing of load bearing and vibration in Ansys (or similar soft) with at least 2x loading factor.
