Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Spa & Sauna Tender BOQ (Excel, urgent, NDA)

Euphorium, a Dubai wellness specialist, is bidding a spa, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi and ice fountain package for a top UAE developer's island residential and clubhouse project. The client name is confidential and shared only under NDA. We need an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to: 1. Take off quantities from our IFC drawings. 2. Produce a priced Bill of Quantities in the client's Excel tender template, with a base bid on the specified equipment brands plus a separate value engineering alternative column. Scope note: the large water bodies (swimming pools and water features) are excluded, they sit with another contractor. Our scope is the spa, sauna, steam, plunge, jacuzzi and ice items across the clubhouse and villas. What we are looking for: - UAE tender and BOQ experience (essential). MEP or wellness fit out a strong plus. - Confident reading IFC and consultant drawings and doing accurate takeoffs. - Fast turnaround. This is urgent, submission is this week, so we need the takeoff within about 24 to 36 hours of receiving the files. How we work: - Drawings, scope and the Excel template are shared via a secure Google Drive link once a short NDA is signed. We do not attach files here. - Please keep all communication and payment on Upwork.
