QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed to Categorize Uncategorized Transactions

We have a backlog of transactions in QuickBooks Online that need to be properly categorized. This is a more focused project centered specifically on transaction categorization rather than full reconciliation, so we're looking for someone who can move through volume accurately and efficiently. Scope of work: • Review and categorize all uncategorized/miscoded transactions • Assign correct accounts based on our existing Chart of Accounts (or recommend adjustments if needed) • Split transactions where necessary (e.g., mixed personal/business, multiple line items) • Flag any transactions that need clarification from us • Ensure categorization is consistent with proper bookkeeping practices for accurate P&L reporting Requirements: • Strong QuickBooks Online experience, especially with bulk transaction categorization • Good eye for detail and consistency • Understanding of standard expense/income categories • Ability to work through a defined volume of transactions within an agreed timeframe
