QuickBooks Cleanup Expert | QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper | Bank Reconciliation & Tax-Ready Financial

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online (QBO) Cleanup Specialist to clean up, reconcile, and organize our books for a U.S.-based small business. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, catch-up bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, financial reporting, and preparing tax-ready books. Responsibilities: --Perform QuickBooks Online Cleanup and Catch-Up Bookkeeping. --Complete bank account and credit card reconciliations. --Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and beginning balance issues. --Correct duplicate, missing, uncategorized, and misclassified transactions. --Record and adjust journal entries, accruals, and year-end adjustments. --Review and optimize the Chart of Accounts (COA). --Ensure accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports. --Prepare clean, organized, and tax-ready financial statements. --Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and small business accounting standards. Required Skills & Experience: *Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO). *Strong background in bookkeeping, cleanup bookkeeping, catch-up bookkeeping, and monthly bookkeeping services. *Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, journal entries, and financial reporting. *Experience working with U.S. small businesses. *Ability to identify and correct historical bookkeeping errors and account discrepancies. *Knowledge of tax-ready bookkeeping and year-end preparation. *QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification is highly preferred.
