Summary

We are multifamily property owners seeking a QuickBooks cleanup expert with investor reporting experience. Tasks include reconciling all bank and loan accounts across properties, fixing income and expense categorization by building and unit, cleaning up investor capital contribution and distribution records, tracking preferred returns and equity balances by investor, preparing property-level P&L statements, generating investor-ready quarterly reports, organizing depreciation and fixed asset records, and delivering clean books ready for CPA and tax preparation. Must have multifamily bookkeeping experience, capital tracking skills, and investor reporting expertise.
