QuickBooks Online Accountant Assistant

Job Title: QuickBooks Online Accountant Assistant Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with expertise in QuickBooks Online to join our team Responsibilities: • Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations within QuickBooks Online • Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Perform routine accounting tasks, such as adjusting journal entries and managing accounts • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Required Skills: • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (at least 1 year) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Other considerations: • Must be able to work EST • This is a full time opportunity with potential to become permenant with room for growth Join the team today!!
