QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper Needed

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented part-time bookkeeper to manage our weekly financial administrative task. This role will be assisting our CFO in managing our Accounts Receivable and additional administrative task. Requiring 2-3 hours a week, this role is perfect for a freelance accounting professional. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reviewing outstanding AR items, track incoming remittances and submit to the CFO for posting to QuickBooks Enterprise. 2. Compile weekly remittances that are emailed over into a Google Sheet and pull AR reports from QuickBooks Enterprise Online- ensure that the invoice number and payment expecting matches. All this data will be sent to the CFO via Google Sheets. 3. Special Projects of assisting in updating records in QuickBooks Enterprise Online. Additional task may be required. QuickBooks: 1. Experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or relevant basic financial role. 2. Experience in QuickBooks Enterprise Online and Google Suite
