We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist with monthly bookkeeping for a small business. The work will include reviewing and categorizing transactions, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Responsibilities: Categorize income and expenses Reconcile bank and credit card transactions Review and clean up uncategorized entries Identify and report discrepancies Prepare basic month-end bookkeeping summaries Requirements: Experience with QuickBooks Online Strong attention to detail Previous bookkeeping experience Ability to work independently and communicate clearly This is a small project to start, with the potential for ongoing monthly bookkeeping support.
