QuickBooks Online (QBO) Bookkeeper Needed – Remote, 6-Month Contract Job Type: Contract (6 Months) Location: Remote Hours: 40 hrs/week (Full-Time) Budget: $1,000–$1,200/month Project Description EZ Tech Paintless Dent Removal is looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to handle monthly reconciliation and reporting for the business. This is an ongoing full-time engagement for a 6-month contract, with potential to extend based on performance. Scope of Work Reconcile 4 checking accounts and 4 credit card accounts monthly in QuickBooks Online Manually upload and enter invoices from 2 separate systems Reconcile all transactions against bank/credit card statements and invoices Prepare and post month-end journal entries (accruals, adjustments, reclassifications, etc.) Produce monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet reports Ensure books are fully closed and accurate by an agreed monthly deadline Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required) 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Experience reconciling multiple bank and credit card accounts Comfortable manually processing invoices from multiple source systems Solid understanding of journal entries and month-end close Able to read, analyze, and deliver accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reports Highly detail-oriented and reliable with recurring monthly deadlines Strong written English communication skills How to Apply Please include: Your relevant QuickBooks Online experience Number of accounts/entities you currently manage Your availability and monthly rate
