QuickBooks Online Setup, Cleanup & Reconciliation for Two STR management companies

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to set up, clean up, and reconcile accounting records for two LLCs. The project includes building one company's books from scratch, updating and reconciling an existing real estate LLC, and creating simple monthly bookkeeping procedures for ongoing maintenance. Scope of Work LLC #1 – New Business Setup Set up QuickBooks Online account from scratch Build accounting records retroactively for 2025 Record income and expenses from bank statements Organize historical transactions from 2024–2025 Configure Chart of Accounts Connect new business bank account and credit card feeds Ensure proper categorization and reporting LLC #2 – Real Estate Company Review existing QuickBooks Online file Reconnect bank feeds after banking changes Catch up 4–5 months of bookkeeping Reconcile bank accounts Verify rental income and expenses Review six rental properties for accuracy Prepare updated financial reports Monthly Accounting Procedures Create a simple monthly bookkeeping checklist Document transaction review process Document reconciliation procedures Create easy-to-follow instructions for future maintenance Requirements Strong QuickBooks Online experience Bookkeeping cleanup and setup expertise Real estate accounting knowledge Rental property bookkeeping experience Excellent communication skills
