QuickBooks Online Setup & Financial Systems Consultant

I am the owner of a new California Adult Residential Facility and am looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online professional to help build my accounting system from the ground up. This is not just a bookkeeping position. I want someone who can create an organized financial system, teach me how to use it, and provide ongoing guidance while I learn. My goal is to become hands-on and eventually manage the day-to-day bookkeeping myself. Responsibilities ● Set up QuickBooks Online for my business. ● Connect business bank accounts and business credit cards. ● Integrate Gusto Payroll with QuickBooks. ● Create a customized Chart of Accounts for an Adult Residential Facility. ● Set up vendors, recurring expenses, and fixed assets. ● Configure monthly financial reports and dashboards. ● Create an executive monthly report for management. ● Train me through Zoom screen-sharing sessions so I understand the system and can use it independently. ● Review my bookkeeping, answer questions, and provide recommendations. Qualifications ● Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor (preferred). ● Experience with U.S. LLC bookkeeping. ● Experience with payroll and QuickBooks integrations. ● Strong understanding of financial reporting. ● Ability to teach and explain accounting concepts clearly. ● Excellent English communication. Engagement I am looking for someone who can work with me monthly during the first six months while we build and refine the financial system and while I learn QuickBooks. After the initial six-month period, I would like to transition to occasional or as-needed support (for example, monthly reviews, quarterly check-ins, troubleshooting, or year-end preparation), depending on the needs of the business.
