QuickBooks Online & Xero Bookkeeper Required for Cleanup, Reconciliation and Financial Statements

We need a reliable Bookkeeper to clean up our existing accounting records and ensure our financial data is accurate before month-end. This is a small project intended to identify a dependable professional for long-term support. Tasks include: Review existing Accounting records Update transactions in QuickBooks Online Maintain records using Intuit QuickBooks Work with Xero if required Perform Bank Reconciliation Complete Account Reconciliation Verify Accounts Receivable Verify Accounts Payable Assist with Accounts Receivable Management Assist with Accounts Payable Management Prepare Financial Reporting Generate Financial Statement Prepare Balance Sheet Prepare Income Statement Use Microsoft Excel to reconcile data Follow standard Accounting Basics Work with modern Accounting Software Knowledge of Payroll Accounting is a plus Strong understanding of Financial Accounting Requirements: Proven experience in Bookkeeping Excellent attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Strong communication skills This project should take approximately 1–2 days. If everything goes smoothly, we expect to offer ongoing monthly bookkeeping work.
