QuickBooks ProAdvisor: QBO Account Setup & Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping

Project Overview We are a multi-brand digital continuing education platform undergoing an organizational restructuring. We are hiring an expert, US-based Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor to build a brand-new QuickBooks Online account. This is a relatively low-volume / simple account with only a handful of bank accounts / cards, single payroll and payment processor. This contract has two distinct phases: Phase 1 (Setup): A fixed-fee milestone to build and integrate the new environment. Phase 2 (Ongoing Retainer): Steady monthly recurring bookkeeping estimated at 5 hours per month. PHASE 1: SYSTEM SETUP We already have our exact corporate P&L layout, Chart of Accounts structure, and custom tracking categories fully mapped out. Your job is purely execution. You will configure the new system to match our blueprint, connect the banking feeds, and integrate Stripe data streams cleanly. And work with our internal team to ensure completion. PHASE 2: ONGOING MONTHLY BOOKKEEPING Execute monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Categorize Stripe transaction data streams accurately with zero duplication. Provide clean monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Active, verifiable Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor credential. Proven track record setting up clean accounts for Stripe-integrated digital platforms. Deep understanding of accrual-basis accounting and GAAP compliance. Must be based in the United States with professional communication skills.
