Quickbooks Cleanup: Marine Canvas Business

I run a marine canvas and custom fabrication business. My QuickBooks Online account has gotten sloppy for 2026 year-to-date. I have low volume (approx. 30 bank/CC items and 5–7 invoices per month), but a backlog of unmatched items needs an expert. I want you to clean it up, explain the "why," and let me get back to sewing. What I Need Help With: Joist Integration & Invoice Matching: I use Joist for invoicing, which syncs to QBO. I need help matching client payments (checks, credit cards, cash) from Joist to my bank feed so my income isn't doubled. Internal Money Movements & CC Payments: This is my main headache. Every time I pay a credit card bill or move money internally from checking to savings, it shows up in the bank feed and I don't know how to handle it. I need you to properly pair/transfer these so they stop duplicating. Rule Audit: I set up automatic posting rules for my main canvas vendors. Please review them to ensure correct expense categorization. 1-on-1 Zoom Training: Lead a brief, 1-hour screen-share session to walk me through the correct weekly workflow so I understand the "why" behind matching these movements and can maintain it easily. Long-Term Retainer: Highly open to keeping you on a small monthly/quarterly retainer to review my entries moving forward. Must be a patient US-based teacher.
