Quickbooks Payroll and Project Cost Auditing / Financial Analyst

6 Hours every two weeks for payroll and audit. 1.) Take payroll hours from up to 5 employees and add them to audit spreadsheet. 2.) Add new projects (hours, material cost, sub cost) to audit sheet. 3.) Run commission report through external system and then enter commission amount into audit sheet, and then into Quickbooks payroll. 4.) Enter mileage for employees into quickbooks. 5.) Verify invoices are created and sent on audit. 6.) Enter Subcontractor Check Amounts to Audit Sheet. 6 Hours / Month In Quickbooks Online. 1.) Enter all transactions according to rules. 2.) Create the P&L for the month. 3.) Create the P&L year to date.
