RFID Antenna Design for 134.2 kHz

Seeking a designer to create an RFID antenna resonant at 134.2 kHz. The antenna must fit within a specified case size of approximately 42mm x 11mm. The ideal candidate will have experience in RFID antenna design and simulation, ensuring the antenna meets the required frequency and size constraints. Familiarity with CAD software is essential for this project. Maximum read distance is our goal and we are reading RFID tags which are the size of a grain of rice, as used in the pet ID tag industry.

 And per the responses so far, we have noticed that there are developers that have expertise in ESP32 processor technology and also the EM4095 reader device. As a part of this project we would like to hire a developer who can design the RFID antenna, and write the code for the device using an Arduino Nano ESP32 and the Arduino IDE to read a pet type RFID tag and to transfer the serial number of the tag via Bluetooth to a mobile device like an iphone or other mobile phone. Having these capabilities will easily narrow down our choice as to whom we hire. Thank you!
