RFP / Proposal Coordinator – AV & Low Voltage Projects

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator / RFP Specialist to assist our growing AV Production and Low Voltage Integration company with finding and responding to bid opportunities. Our company specializes in: * AV Installations * Live Event Production * Enterprise Networking * Security & Access Control * Structured Cabling * LED Walls & Digital Signage Responsibilities: * Search for relevant RFPs, RFQs, and bid opportunities * Review bid requirements and compliance documents * Prepare proposal drafts and submission packages * Organize company documents, certifications, and templates * Coordinate pricing sheets and technical responses * Track deadlines and submission schedules * Assist with formatting professional proposals and presentations Requirements: * Experience with RFPs, bids, or proposal writing * Strong English communication skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, and Canva/PDF formatting * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Experience in AV, construction, IT, networking, or low-voltage industry is a plus Preferred: * Experience with government, school, municipal, or corporate bids * Familiarity with SAM.gov, Bonfire, BidNet, DemandStar, or PlanetBids Position: Part-time / Remote / Flexible Hours Please send examples of previous proposal or RFP work if available.
