The role We’re looking for an experienced proposal writer to own our RFP responses and outbound proposals. You’ll turn technical capabilities into clear, persuasive, evaluator-focused documents that win enterprise deals leveraging AI proposal generation. What you’ll do • Write and structure responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs • Draft proactive proposals, SOWs, and capability statements • Build a compliance matrix against each solicitation so we never miss a requirement • Translate technical/AI product details into business outcomes and ROI language • Maintain a reusable library of proposal content (boilerplate, past performance, case studies) • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids at once You’re a fit if you have • Proven proposal/RFP writing experience, ideally in B2B software, SaaS, IT services, or AI • A track record of won bids (please share win rate or examples) • Sharp business writing and the ability to make complex tech understandable • Strong attention to compliance and formatting • Bonus: APMP certification, enterprise or regulated-industry experience, familiarity with AI-assisted proposal workflows To apply: Share 1–2 proposal or RFP samples (redacted is fine), your relevant industries, and a note on how you’d approach writing about a technical AI product you’re unfamiliar with.
