Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst (Remote) We are a Florida-based real estate investment company looking for a full-time remote Acquisitions Analyst to help source, analyze, and underwrite residential investment properties. This is not an administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who understands real estate investing, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, ARV analysis, comps, and deal evaluation. Responsibilities: • Search Zillow, Investorlift, MLS data, wholesalers, Facebook groups, and other sources daily for investment opportunities • Analyze potential fix-and-flip, BRRRR, and rental properties • Pull comparable sales and determine ARV • Estimate renovation costs • Calculate maximum allowable offer (MAO) • Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and real estate agents • Track leads and opportunities in spreadsheets and CRM • Present the top investment opportunities daily • Follow up with wholesalers and agents regarding new inventory • Maintain an organized pipeline of active deals Requirements: • Experience analyzing real estate investment deals • Strong understanding of ARV, rehab costs, cash flow, and investment metrics • Ability to pull and analyze comps accurately • Excellent English communication skills • Strong spreadsheet and organizational skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Available Monday through Friday Preferred Experience: • Zillow • Investorlift • PropStream • BatchLeads • MLS • InvestorFuse, Podio, or similar CRM systems Success Metrics: • Review and analyze 20+ properties per day • Present 3–5 qualified investment opportunities daily • Develop new wholesaler and agent relationships weekly • Maintain accurate underwriting and deal tracking Compensation: Base pay plus performance bonuses for closed deals.
