Real Estate Acquisitions / Inside Sales Rep — Cleveland, OH

We buy single-family and small multifamily homes in Greater Cleveland and are hiring an acquisitions rep to run our outbound pipeline and bring sellers to a signed contract. What you'll do • Call, text, and email property owners from lists we provide to find motivated sellers. • Qualify interest, condition, timeline, and price expectations. • Follow up consistently and build rapport. • Negotiate toward terms that fit our buying criteria. • Send the purchase agreement and get the seller's e-signature (it routes to us to countersign). • Keep the CRM updated with every contact and next step. What you need • Real estate acquisitions or inside-sales experience. • Clear, confident spoken English and strong phone presence. • Comfort with dialers, CRMs, and texting tools (we provide the stack and scripts). • Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset. Details • Hours: 10-15hrs/week to start, scaling with performance. • Pay: $5-$12 /hr plus a bonus per signed contract.
