About Us: Summit Real Estate LLC is a fast‑growing real estate investment company based in Maryland, specializing in wholesaling and creative financing. We’re looking for a driven, disciplined, and skilled closer to join our acquisitions team. Responsibilities: - Lead Follow-Up — Call, text, and follow up with motivated seller Leads daily. The company provides all Leads. - Rapport Building — Build genuine relationships with sellers. Uncover their true motivation and create trust. - Negotiation — Negotiate win-win solutions that serve both the seller and the company. - Contract Execution — Close contracts virtually or in person. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete. - Property Evaluation — Evaluate properties using comparable sales (comps) and repair estimates. - Comp & Repair Analysis — Run comps and repair estimates using PropStream. - CRM Management — Track and report all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) inside our CRM (REsimpli). - Pipeline Management — Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline of all active Leads and deals. - Transaction Management — Manage each deal from signed contract to closing. Keep all parties aligned, track deadlines, and ensure every document is complete and accurate. - Contract Disposition (Optional) — market deals, manage buyer outreach, coordinate buyer communications, manage buyers list, and ensure all disposition tasks are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications: - Strong sales and negotiation skills (solar, car sales, phone sales, or other high‑ticket sales a plus). - Seller mentality, competitive, persistent, proactive, and driven to close deals. - Problem solver, confident, self‑motivated, goal‑driven, reliable, and detail oriented. - Excellent communication and follow‑up skills. - Prior real estate or wholesaling experience preferred but not required. - Ability to work independently, meet milestones, and hit performance targets. - Basic experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and PDF. Compensation: - $15/hour + Commission. - Commission: 10% of gross revenue on deals that successfully close and generate payment from an end buyer. Commission will be paid when funds are received from an end buyer. - Earning potential: $5,000 – $10,000+ per month with strong performance and consistent deal flow. Earnings vary based on deals closed and market conditions. *Note: For Joint Venture deals, commission will be 10% of the company’s assignment fee or spread. * *Contract Disposition: Candidate can earn an additional 10% commission for Contract Disposition. If the Candidate chooses this option, they will be given access to Resimpli’s Contract Disposition functions and Investor Base to assist with finding end buyers and building a buyers list. Position Type/Schedule: - Part‑time position (up to 30 hours per week) that can evolve into a full‑time position as the company grows. - Core hours : 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET, Mon – Friday. Additional availability (mornings, afternoons, or weekends) may be required based on seller’s schedule and workload. What Success Looks Like: - Consistent daily follow-up and pipeline management. - Strong rapport-building with sellers. - 2 – 3+ contracts closed per month. - Accurate property evaluations and clean contract execution.
