Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist — Remote (Ongoing Contract)

We're hiring an Acquisitions Specialist to manage seller communication and move our deal pipeline from first contact to signed agreement. You'll be the main point of contact for property owners interested in selling. This is an ongoing contract role for an organized, persuasive communicator who understands real estate investing. Responsibilities: Manage seller leads from first contact through signed purchase agreement Conduct acquisition calls, build rapport, and negotiate price and terms within set guidelines Support and mentor our outreach callers Research property values using comparable sales before presenting offers Maintain accurate records in our CRM and deal trackers Coordinate with disposition and title partners to keep deals on schedule Provide a written summary after each seller call Requirements: 2+ years in real estate acquisitions or investment Track record of getting properties under agreement Strong negotiation skills and a clear, professional phone presence Fluent, clear English and comfort working U.S. business hours remotely Highly organized and reliable with follow-up Familiar with CRMs, dialers, and property research platforms Contract details: Remote, ongoing Hourly or fixed monthly rate based on experience, set through Upwork To apply, share a short summary of your acquisitions experience and how many deals you've secured.
