In search of a REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ANALYST AND ADVISOR. Looking for someone who has immediate availability to analyze a real estate investment opportunity. We will have more work like this in the coming months. Would like to determine the ROI and future potential of a property we are currently under contract for. Would also like to have an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, along with a Pro Forma NOI and Rent Roll and anything else I may be missing to determine if this property is worth while and profitable.
