You will use Google Maps and the Denver County GIS website to locate properties with excess land, check zoning requirements, and compile potential leads into a structured database. Key Responsibilities Property Scouting: Utilize Google Maps (satellite view) to identify large lots with unused space in target Denver neighborhoods. GIS Research: Cross-reference potential lots with the Denver County GIS website to check lot sizes, zoning codes, and property boundaries. Data Entry & Organization: Record findings in a shared Google Sheet, including property address, current owner, lot size, zoning code, and a link to the GIS parcel. Verification: Ensure all collected data is accurate, up-to-date, and matches the provided subdivision criteria. Qualifications & Skills Experience conducting online research, specifically with real estate, property data, or lead generation. Familiarity with navigating county GIS (Geographic Information System) maps and property tax records. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Reliable internet connection and clear written communication skills.
